Andrea is a passionate and driven leadership consultant, drawing on 20 years’ experience in strategic and operational HR, leadership development and change management and transformation across a range of industries and organisations in the Asia Pacific.

Harnessing her background in psychology and a Masters degree in Human Resource Management, Andrea’s practice is shaped by the exploration of the human behaviour that defines great leaders, moving beyond words and examining the actions, investigating the impact great leadership has on workplace culture and ensuring outcomes link to business strategies – resulting in tangible improvements to both client and employee experiences.
