Executive Coaching Program
Andrea’s executive coaching services focus on enhancing your leadership capabilities through personalised support.
Each 90-minute coaching session is directed towards specific goals, with a minimum of four sessions to ensure depth and impact. Her coaching philosophy centres on facilitating ongoing growth and change, encouraging clients to critically examine their mindsets, behaviours, and performance.
By employing evidence-based approaches and various leadership assessment tools, Andrea helps clients develop acute awareness of their impact on their teams, colleagues, and work culture. The program includes access to Andrea via email and phone support in-between scheduled sessions

Additionally, training programmes have the option to include reflection sessions scheduled 4 to 6 weeks following the training.
